“Fantastic trip which is unmissable if you like the open water and pristine beaches. Sailing away from Grand Baie into the open waters can be a little choppy but relatively mild. You sail to these fantastic islands through blue seas and we spotted dolphins swimming alongside even if only for a few seconds. The snorkelling on Illiot George is spectacular and the beaches paradise like. Final word must go to the crew of the Dawn which were fantastic - witty, helpful, friendly and keen to please. A nice party atmosphere the final 30 minutes of the boat ride to wake us up from the post-meal/post-sun slumber.”

“Bonjour, les iles du nord sont toujours aussi belles, et l'attraction principale est l'incroyable diversité de poissons tropicaux. L'équipage du bateau très sympathique. Par contre, nous étions probablement plus de 50 personnes, et il n'y a qu'une quarantaine de places assises dans le cockpit du bateau, et seulement une dizaine de places pour manger sur une table. Sur la nourriture et les boissons rien à dire, par contre on mange sur ses genoux. Mais ce qui m'a le plus gêné, c'est la musique ''A FOND'' du matin jusqu'au soir !!! Je sais qu'on est à Maurice mais quand même... Donc, si vous êtes jeune, aimez faire la fête et la…”

“The boat trip in itself was good, very quick journey there and back which meant more time in the water with the turtles! We liked that it was a personal experience however there were many other boats in the same area. I would only recommend this trip to strong swimmers as the tour guides drove off whilst the water was slightly choppy, no life vests offered and a long swim back to the boat. Overall, a good experience and tour guides very patient with taking you to multiple areas to search for the turtles!”
