“DO NOT BOOK THIS TOUR. The driver that turned up was not a guide, he was a taxi driver. Not one word was said by the driver between stops, he didn't get out at the tour locations, didn't give any information or guidance. We also had to ask to go to the tea factory, which was closed by the time we arrived. There was no communication to suggest that the Rum distillery was also closed at the weekend, so could not do this tour either. Two of the views points - Maconde and Chamarel - were also not visited as they were not on the taxi drivers "work list". The…”
